CM Project Consultants was founded on the core principles of integrity and a steadfast commitment to client success.

Craig, originally from Westchester, NY, now resides in Richmond, VA. After earning a degree in Construction Management from the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University, he spent over two decades working in Real Estate Development and Construction Management across some of the largest markets in the U.S., including New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Charlotte, Atlanta, Baltimore, and Washington, DC.

With experience managing projects in approximately twenty states, Craig has successfully navigated complex municipalities and built an extensive national network of local partners, enabling him to consistently deliver high-quality services.

Known for his calculated and organized approach, Craig has led the growth and success of every company he's worked with. At CM Project Consultants, he channels his passion and expertise to represent owners and developers, helping them achieve their unique goals.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and playing golf.
